She was able to use it quickly. It would be nice to give other names to some of the presets. I purchased this for my wife to use now that we have a hands free law. About the only negative is that the presets are very inflexible.
It did not recognize many of the commands that it was "Trained" to do. Cons:If I had the headset off, and a call came through, by the time that the BlueAnt connected, the call would have gone to voicemail.The voice activation never worked correctly- You would say "Call Home" and it would say "Calling Speed Dial 7" (not programmed as home). I rarely was successful at having the headset correctly initiate a call.I would get crackling and disconnect warnings when moving more than 10 feet from my phone.Eventually the casing cracked (about 6 months into daily use), and the warranty return was so cumbersome that I tossed the product and purchased a different brand altogether.And just on a purely aesthetic note I never liked having a LED blue "ant" image glowing on my ear- it received a bit of negative feedback. I was sorely disappointed in this BlueAnt headset. I run three businesses so I use my headset daily.Pros:The sound quality was fine.It was comfortable to wear (I'm an average sized woman). And no, besides my Californian accent ;), my English is articulate and clear.
The BlueAnt V1 Bluetooth Headset does not work with the Droid. Search the web and learn before you buy.

Second unit failed after trying car charger for first time, after 2 months of useage. No easy access to quick exchange or loaner unit.
I really liked this unit when it was working. First unit failed after 2 weeks, after attempting to do a software update.
I had to wait for e-mail return authorization which took 5 days because of CSR clerical mistake and then once authorization was received, I would have to mail my unit to service centre at my cost and wait for repair or replacement, at least 7-10 business days.
OK I WENT TO THE SPRINT STORE THEY HAD THE SAME BLUEANT V1 (A TECH SUPPORT) AND IT WORKED FINE, NOW I WENT HOME CALLED BLUEANT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND TOLD THEM THE STORY THEY STILL SAID IT NOT OUT BLUETOOTH IT THE PHONE AND I TOLD THEM EXACTLY THIS EXPLAIN HOW A TECHNICAL SUPPORT PERSON FROM SPRINT HAVE THE SAME BLUETOOTH USED IT WITH EXCLAIM HOW IS IT STILL MY PHONE AND THEY HUNG UP. THE NEXT MORNIN I CALL BLUEANT CUSTOMER SERVICE AMD THERE REPLY NOT US ITS THE PHONE GO TO THE SPRINT AND SEE WHATS THERE PROBLEM. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BLUE ANT MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY TO EVER SPEAK WITH. I BOUGHT THIS BLUE ANT AND I HAVE A SAMSUNG EXCLAIM FROM SPRINT (GREAT PHONE) AND TEN MIN AFTER I HAD THIS BLUETOOTH I WAS ON THE PHONE AND I GET A TEXT AND IT SAYS CALL TERMINATED FROM THE BLUETOOTH WHY. IT WONT END THE CALL IT WILL PUT ME ON HOLD AND HAVE TO SWITCH BAK TO MY PHONE AND WONT BE ABLE TO USE THE BLUETOOTH UNTIL I'M DONE WITH MY CALL, AND EVERY TEXT I GET WHEN IM ALSO OFF THE PHONE MY BLUEANT WILL SAY CALL TERMINATED IM NOT EVEN ON THE PHONE. AMAZON REFUNDED ME THE MONEY IF YOU READ THIS DONT RELY ON BLUE ANT CUSTOMER SUPPORT THERE RUDE AND ALWAYS BLAME IT ON THE PHONE AND WILL HANG UP IF THEY ARE WRONG AND CANT RESOLVE ANYTHIN.
